HOW CAN I PAY?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. PayPal Merchant Services securely processes payments for Hair Flairs LLC. You do NOT have to have a PayPal account to place your order. All financial information and data is encrypted. All financial information is kept private and confidential by PayPal Merchant Services.
We accept personal and business checks. If you want to pay by check: please email us your order, we will send you an invoice and you can mail your payment to the payment address. Orders made by personal or business checks will not be shipped until payment clears.

HOW IS MY ORDER PACKAGED?
Reflective Hair Highlights by Hair Flairs are sold in custom packaging that makes them easy to work with. No struggling, no tangles, no fuss. Our packaging ensures that the product continues to be easy to work with, strand after strand. All 22" inch strands come in packaged units. All 36" inch strands come attached to a metal ring, so there are no more loose strands to mess with. Simple cut strands from the ring as needed.
All orders are shipped with printed directions in protected bubble packaging so that when you receive your order it is not damaged.

All orders are shipped in protective packaging. We guarantee to ship within 24 hours for all orders received Monday - Friday. 95% of orders are shipped out the SAME DAY. If you need your order by a certain date, please email us and we will expedite your order.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We guarantee your satisfaction! If you are not completely satisfied with our product, you may return the product within 14 days of purchase, minus the shipping costs. We will only issue refunds for non-used product that is in good condition. Refunds will be made via the payment method that was used when the order was placed. Please contact us if you with any questions or problems. Please include the name and transaction ID with any returned items. Ship returns to:

WILL I BE CHARGED SALES TAX?
.06% sales tax will be applied with every order placed within the state of Florida, USA. There is NO sales tax applied in other states.
CAN I GET FREE SAMPLES?
Due to high demand and postage costs, we no longer ship out free sample packages. However, if you place an order and want to see a sample strand of a particular color, just ask. We will gladly include samples with orders.
WILL REFLECTIVE HIGHLIGHTS DAMAGE MY HAIR?
Hair Flairs Reflective Hair Highlights will not damage your hair, hair color, or hair highlighting. Reflective Highlights are are a temporary tie-in extension that lasts 2 - 6 weeks depending on how you take care of your hair and the quality of the installation. We recommend that you have a trained professional stylist tie them in. Properly installed, Hair Flairs can last 6-8 weeks or longer.
Everyone normally sheds approximately 100 hairs a day, so the Hair Flairs will fall out as your hair naturally sheds.
CAN I SHAMPOO MY HAIR? CAN I BLOW-DRY MY HAIR? CAN I FLAT-IRON MY HAIR?
You can shampoo, condition and style your hair as normal. Avoid fine tooth combs. Gently brush hair. Of course, the more gentle you treat your hair, the longer the Hair Flairs will last. You should treat them as well as you do your own hair.
You can use a blow-dryer, curling iron, or flat-iron on your hair with Hair Flairs installed. TIP: Keep flat-irons moving to avoid damage to the product and your own hair. Our strands are guaranteed up to 350° F - 400° F degrees while using styling tools.
WILL THE STRANDS MELT IF I TURN MY FLAT-IRON TOO HIGH?
If you turn a styling tool on the highest heat setting and leave it in place for longer than recommended, the Reflective Hair Highlights will NOT melt. The damage that may occur is that the strand may curl. It will NEVER MELT or damage your hair when high heat is applied. If you do turn a styling tool on high for too long and the strand starts to curl, you can easily fix this, simply turn the styling tool to LOW heat and "iron" it out straight. It will straighten out that easy!
CAN I DYE MY HAIR? CAN I BLEACH MY HAIR?
Avoid contact with hair dye, hair color, highlighting, and hair processing chemicals which may cause damage to color of the Hair Flairs strands. Harsh chemicals such as hair bleach or hair dye may strip the color from the Highlight strands.
CAN I REMOVE HAIR FLAIRS?
We recommend that you leave the strands in until they fall out on their own, when your hair naturally sheds. However, you can remove Hair Flairs anytime by removing the knot and sliding off the hair. You might lose the hair(s) it is tied to depending on which knot technique is used to tie the strand in. If you want to wear them for one night only for an event, do not integrate your hair into the knot. Tie the strand AROUND the hair, but do not include the hair into the knot. Then you can slide the strand off your hair after your event.

Hair Flairs are proudly 100% manufactured and packaged in the USA from high quality USA materials in a quality controlled manufacturing facility. Unlike other companies, we do not re-purpose materials from other industries, we custom manufacture all of our strands for use in hair.
HOW WIDE ARE THE HIGHLIGHT STRANDS?
A human hair is approximately .0025" inches wide. Hair Flairs SPARKLING strands are .015" inches (0.368mm) wide in comparison to SHINY strands which are slightly thinner at .01" inches (0.254mm) wide. The strands are very narrow in width and blend well into hair to add a little shimmer.
