We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. You do NOT have to have a PayPal account to place your order. PayPal Merchant Services securely processes payments and all financial information and data is encrypted. To pay by personal or business check: please email us your order, we will send you an invoice and you can mail your payment to the payment address. Orders made by personal or business checks will not be shipped until payment clears.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order you may return un-used and un-opened product within 14 days of purchase, minus the shipping costs.
NO returns on natural Feather Extensions. Feathers are a natural product and cannot be returned for sanitary reasons. Please contact us if you have any problems or issues with your Feather Extensions.
LARGE WHOLESALE PURCHASES: High volume discount purchases of all products are final.

All returns and exchanges require an RMA number. Please contact us by phone or e-mail at Info@HairFlairs.com. We will only issue refunds for non-used products that are in good condition. Refunds will be made via the payment method that was used when the order was placed. Please contact us if you with any questions or problems. Please include your name and RMA number with any returned items.

All our Feather Extensions are 100% made in the USA. We do not offer any feathers sourced from overseas or China. Feather Extensions quickly grew to be the hottest fashion hit of 2011, with several appearances of Hair Flairs products on the the Today Show and celebrities such as Steven Tyler, Selena Gomez, Kirstie Alley and Tori Spelling embracing the trend. Hair Flairs Feather Extensions has partnered with the most experienced fashion feather producer in the United States with over 38 years of experience, which allows us to provide the highest quality feathers at the lowest cost.

Hair Flairs - PRO Hair Tinsel, Feather Extensions, and Ribbon Extensions are proudly 100% manufactured and packaged in the USA from high quality USA materials in a quality controlled manufacturing facility. Unlike other companies, we do not re-purpose materials from other industries, we custom manufacture all of our Pro Hair Tinsel strands for use in hair.

We certify and guarantee that our Sparkling Pro Hair Tinsel - and Ribbon Extensions are lead-free, contains no regulated toxins, pollutants, or contaminants. Our entire product line is made from high-quality polyester fiber, manufactured in a quality controlled manufacturing facility in the USA, and is highly reflective and brilliant.

COLOR RUB
Color Rub will last until your next shampoo. Bleached blonde, chemically processed, or high lift hair color may require 2-3 shampoos.
PRO HAIR TINSEL
We recommend that you leave the strands in until they fall out on their own, when your hair naturally sheds. However, you can remove Hair Flairs anytime by removing the knot and sliding off the hair. You might lose the hair(s) it is tied to depending on which knot technique is used to tie the strand in. If you want to wear them for one night only for an event, do not integrate your hair into the knot. Tie the strand AROUND the hair, but do not include the hair into the knot. Then you can slide the strand off your hair after your event.
FEATHER EXTENSIONS
The feathers will last for months and are re-usable. Proper installation will last in your hair up for months. As the hair grows out, the extension should be adjusted and re-installed.
HAIR CRYSTALZ
Will last a couple of days and up to 8 washes. Hair Crystalz bond is water soluable and the crystals will fall out of the hair after several washes, leaving no glue or residue on the hair. To remove after 1 day, simply saturate the back of the crystal with alcohol or aerosol hairspray until loose.

Avoid contact with hair dye, hair color, highlighting, and hair processing chemicals which may cause damage to color of the product. Harsh chemicals such as hair bleach or hair color may strip the color from the Pro Hair Tinsel strands, Feathers, or Ribbon Extensions.

If you turn a styling tool on the highest heat setting and leave it in place for longer than recommended, the Pro Hair Tinsel will NOT melt. We do not recommend the strands being heated higher than 400 degrees F.

You can shampoo, condition and style your hair as normal. Avoid fine tooth combs. Gently brush hair. Of course, the more gentle you treat your hair, the longer the Hair Flairs will last. You should treat them as well as you do your own hair. You can use a blow-dryer, curling iron, or flat-iron on your hair with Hair Flairs installed.
TIP: Keep flat-irons moving to avoid damage to the product and your own hair. Our strands are guaranteed up to 400° F degrees while using styling tools.

Hair Flairs PRO Hair Tinsel will not damage your hair, hair color, or hair highlighting. Pro Hair Tinsel is a temporary tie-in extension that lasts 2 - 6 weeks depending on how you take care of your hair and the quality of the installation. We recommend that you have a trained professional stylist tie them in. Properly installed, Hair Flairs can last 6-8 weeks or longer. Everyone normally sheds approximately 100 hairs a day, so the Hair Flairs will fall out as your hair naturally sheds.

Due to high demand and postage costs, we no longer ship out free sample packages.

6% sales tax will be applied with every order placed within the state of Florida, USA.  There is NO sales tax applied in other states.
