Hair Flairs LLC is the only company in the United States that custom manufactures their own product line of Reflective Highlights. Other companies re-purpose other materials available on the domestic and international market. However, Hair Flairs LLC committed to supplying the best quality product therefore; in June 2009 the company launched the very first custom-manufactured strands made from durable, high-quality, 100% polyester. By September 2009, the company launched a second collection with a greater selection of colors and durability. The new PRO Hair Tinsel product line was designed and developed by professional stylists for use by professional stylists. Hair Flairs are now used by stylists in salons the USA and Canada and in over 18 countries.
Hair Flairs custom manufacturers product by sourcing raw materials from the USA, applying a glitter pattern and custom colors. The product is finished at the company’s production facility, packaged, and shipped to customers worldwide. The production process is 100% manufactured in the USA from all USA-made materials. The process ensure that only 100% usable product is shipping to customers. No bent, twisted, stretched un-usable strands.

Ms. Johnson manages and leads a team providing custom manufactured Reflective Highlights which are used by salon professionals and end user consumers. Ms. Johnson graduated Cum Laude from University of Florida with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business, where she received an academic merit scholarship. Prior to leading Hair Flairs, Ms. Johnson had a diverse career path including working in the public sector for several municipal government agencies and most recently in the private sector for a multi-million dollar avionics manufacturing company.
